well , its kinda funny
there are only 2 places they send it to
1) owner of domain name because that ower is 99% the host o.O
2) the server host (so you dont even get that email)
3) the datacenter (if it is realy against the law and they need to have you down)
but in taht case the datacenter goes back to the host and the host goes back to you because of tos
so eather way how you look it
they dont contact you
only your host can contact you , but depending on host does he terminate you or not ^^
then for the domain name ??
only if you registered the domain name on your own name , then they send you a email
but in this case , it is your domain name but it stands on MY name
so how do they ever can send you a email ??
1) your name is not on the domain nam e
2) you are not the host that sells dedicated/vps servers
3) your not the datacenter
if you are 1 of those 3 then you can get a email of it and then you know it to that it is from them (its always a pdf file and some more stuff in it instead of that rubish above)
here are the basic things they just send ( not everything )
1) they send you a reason of complain
2) they send you the rules you violate
3) they reffer you to some paragraphs that have to do with your violation
4) they send you full information and technical detais of what you dit wrong
5) they send you what can happends
6) they send you a validation to show that they sended it to you
7) THEY NEVER SEND IT TO A SINGLE EMAIL ADRESS (always a copy on it to a other email adress of the owners where they send a complain about)
well , thats not everything that they do , but that is just the basic
if some of them are missing ?? then its just rubish
you will notice it when you get a real email of it , or in my case you get even a letter sended to your home o.O (forgot to take care of it and to reply , got a letter at my home from them to solve a problem)
hopes this helps you to fight spam
