UniversalXO Box??

How would i change the 19* UniversalXO, to like 29*. where would i do that i looked in cq_grade but i couldn't find it in there. i would like to change the UniversalXO star when it comes out of the box??

its depends on what action type you use to get certain star of UniXO or UniO

i want to chang the 19* unixo to 29* and chang the 25* unixo to 35*. thats what im trying to do but when i look at the action table for it i dont see where you can change it

its in cq_grade, just fine the uni one and up it

ya i tried looking in there nothing in there is over 10*

ok i figured out what i have to change but how do i edit a action type. like for example 12* is 526 action type. would i change that in the msg server or something
