The best way is to log into your pm account on your server, and log into the official eo. This way you can cross reference. But other ways of doing it is, either using google, or systran. Doing it through Systran or Google, wont give the correct translations, but it will get you started.

enable Chinese lag packs and set your mysql to allow Chinese and it will look like how it should

this is Chinese Simplified but ur computer cant read it...install chinese prc ...then try to use hand in hand translation is the best way to translate cq_action..
