NPCServer [Help]

okay, this is a bit weird for me but im going to need help, im using MaggieQ[DB] and so far i have the Account and Msg server working but when i go to start the NPC server it just says "Connecting to game server agein" any idea's on how to fix this, ive tried on my own several times, but its not working...and if you can help over TeamViewer just msg me here or on skype, thanks!

Never mind i fixed it by changing the port ^.^

Are there files for the npc server that connect it with the msg server? (Not sure just throwing ideas)
