You need to edit the following line

Code:
INSERT INTO `cq_action` VALUES ('62340001', '62340004', '62340002', '0123', '3', '10:50 11:00');
and change the data which is "3" to a "4". For action type 123, data 3 is a weekly check, data 4 is a daily check.
