[Help] EO Soul not working

Hey when i try to run soul.exe it gives me some messages and then a blank window
The messages and the settings are below
first is the flash
then the font
then the empty windows
pls help

By the way here is nothing wrong with my specs i used to play conquer eudemons zero online silkroad and other games but i don't know why it won't work??
