I made the item in cq_itemtype identicle to obsidianmail [except the ID] the ID is 190700
I named the new dds file 001190700.dds and the mesh 001190700.c3, I then added it to both required ani files, I just copied the existing dds files for item and map images, then added the following hex to the item type.dat file

added this to 3dtexture.ini 001190700=c3/texture/001190700.dds
and lastly added this to armor.ini

here is an upload of my file, I have plently of edited textures ready to go and great casuals if someone can explain where I have gone wrong, my casual is like as if it doesnt exist,
