@master200559 .. good job .. but you are missing big part ... the effects part ( client side ) you need to link the effects to the item action ..

But still, No one answered my question. Is it fluid or fixed?

I had a DB along time ago and it had the flying skill but it was fixed. When i turn left, it don't turn left. but the character goes left. I know the whole X Y coords, im just asking for the movement of skill.
