I am releasing this tool for you to make your own shell.dat located inside the folder of Gameserver.
This is to peaples that dont know about HexEdit.

Hmm imma have to test this out sense i already know how to hex edit a shell.dat but thanks fot the release and marry christmas

Why does it say this?

You are running inside the folder Gameserver? download again. and put in the Game server and edit ... Good luck

this is because you are trying to open the Program directly from Winrar.

Firstly Extract the Program into the folder where you want to create the Shell.dat
and then try again to open the Program where you chose, ok
