can the hacks be used with a party?

Just use WPE. Buy some orbs or NPC card and you're good to go.

WPE's Orb-Spam and NPC-Spam doesn't work in a party ( for me ).
Neither if im the host, nor a member.

Edit: Works if you are the host and you dont queue up

WPE works if YOU are inviting everybody into your group

Moon Loader is the same, just CD/MP hack and Mount hack are working even when you are not host ^^
