CMS, Emulator and client for PServer?

You know if someone has created or will create and post cms, emu and client free?

We (ESEmu Project) made an emulator, but we will not sell nor release it.

I'm pointing out that we're the only emulator under development and since many and many people ask us to release it, i just said we will not.
Whenever someone in this thread would have said "Yea there's ESEmu" then this guy would type us a message asking us the copy of it.
Got it? If i have a bad english and you understood nothing just say it and i'll explain it easier.
