This is my opinion and thoughts.
1) Drop Rates

Drop Rates
I been playing on IHA/THQ Dragonica, have characters on both to lv 50.
And I can say that the drop rate on items on MuSoDragonica server are 90% below the retail server.
BOSS Drops rate, in field, hidden maps, items, none existent.
Expect to Farm for Months to get 20 souls, 1 powder, its like WTF!
Also this is private server, the community and player base is way way lower then retail, you just cant make a private server like retail and say ok this will work, it just wont work, its stupid.
Enchanting
Seems to fail more often the success, cant find any items so no way to test it, and been farming chaos/hidden maps for hours.
The way i think enchanting should be on private server
Enchanting, you can enchant items to lv 20.
Why not make it 100% success to lv 10-13, really, its an amazing idea for private server with low player base.
This would create a nice market and demand for items, will make people farm souls, weapon/armor powers with the higher drop rates.
Also it will solve the job advancement NPC people been requesting, needing help in mission map, with higher drop rate, people can equip there characters enchant armor and weapons, and job advance easier, complete quests easier, and just have fun.
You have to think outside the box, attract more players, make it fun, the way the server is now, its really not a fun private server.
Cash Shop
Its like retail EU server, everything is over priced, like wtf were they thinking with those prices for private server.
Conclusion
Your better off playing on retail server the way MuSoDragonica is, you will have more fun.
