Dangers of Posting Your FB and Session Id?

I read in the sticky that sharing your Facebook ID and Session ID is NOT recommended. My question is a simple one: WHY? What could a malicious individual do with it?

I'm now addicted to Dragon City and am ashamed to admit I have already spent $6.00 on gems and whatnot. I cannot afford to spent much more on this game and thus want to investigate other means of getting gems. I see members offering to give out and/or sell gems but they require you to publicly post your Facebook and Session Id.

I'm ignorant and do not want to give out info that could be used against me. I'm also extremely suspicious of someone willing to give me gems "for free." Is this akin to and as ill advised as giving out your password to strangers? Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Because there's some ppl with bad intentions and delete everything on people island like dragons, habitat, etc

Well, the moderator sticky it because, In the past, Many of them posted their Facebook ID/Session and lost many of their items and spammed here for help. To avoid that, we made that announcement. I suggest you not to post it, too.
