can i suggest in you here bro? can you make the macro for skills and item specific with click and not to click? i mean when i use self cast it wont click something like that how about check box for each hotkey so when ever the check box is checked it means it needs to click like item+click+skill(selfcast)+skill+click something like this? ty btw great app thanks for sharing

how about itemkey+itemkey and activate self-cast on your dota2 option?
