I was wondering if theres some sort of tool that can tell me wiether an item is worth picking up or not. For example when im running round is there any tool to change an item to like a giftbox or something if it's ilevel63 or w/e.

there is a tool called lootalert which plays a sound as soon as special items dropped. There is a config where you can select at which item the tool plays the sound. For example only for weapons with ilvl 63, or rings and amus etc.
Just browse some forums for this tool and you will find it
