Okay der Fairness halber:
Bosse in Inferno können alle alles random droppen, nur das mit steigendem Akt das Base-Level der mögliche Drops und damit die Wahrscheinlichkeit auf höherwertige Items und somit auch höherwertige Legendarys steigt.
Das zu googlen hat mich vor 3-4 Tagen übrigens maximal 2 Minuten meiner Zeit gekostet.

wenn du lesen könntest hättest du gesehen, dass ich schon gesucht habe aber nix gutes gefunden habe. Weil ich eine seite gesucht ghabe wo die drop in% angezeigt werden aber wayne.

Bei D3 sind die Items nach Tiers unterteilt.
Eine komplette Datenbank mit den Max. Stats der einzelnen Tier Stufen wirste denk ich noch nicht finden. Ich suche auch täglich vergebens nach einer, also logge ich jedes Item, aber bis man dadurch die Max Stats hat, werden mit Sicherheit einige Wochen vergehen.

I know I should first add item to Item database, then get the item id and add to the inventory database. But I'm having problems with the 'Serial64' Column.
What should I do with it?

This could be useful if some of you guys want to add support for item names for your bots and dont want to read description offset in item struct :)
Item names in UTF8, so chinese and other unicode stuff stays alive :)
