Question about GM DETECT
Does this detect if a gm is on the map and then disconnect you, or does it disconnect you if a gm is near you.... this is important to my safety and i would like to know...im a bit confuused so i was just wondering that

it only detects when a gm is near you as in your range of sight. The range is not big enough to scan the whole map.

ok one more im sorry if ths may b double post but can they see me if i disconnect because i heard that your charcter is still visible, has anyone acutally seen how this rly works, cause u kno if u got a mob and u dc on ur client but on another persons game ur still there, are you really still there im just curious and if i am there what can a gm do....

I noticed my character was still online for 6 seconds after the GM Detect d/c me. I know this because I had 2 pc open and watch my friend list.

If you DC in ANY way, u'll still be in the game for 10 sec and then disapear.

Hmmm, maybe its up to 10, but even so, those seconds can get u banned.

Yea
But I don't lvl in public places

When GM enters in Dung before his screen loads you get DC and he can only wait for you to log in with hack to get you one more time to confirm that you are hacking.
But there is a solution for that ^^

Also guys, remember that the scipt just searches for the tag [GM] in the name of everyone, and if it finds it, you dc.
If GM's were smart (idk if they're or not) and if they would check this forum, all they would need to do is change the tag to any different thing and then the script would not detect them.

well but the server detects if someone is a GM by the same thingy. So if they would remove their tag they are no longer GMs and cant teleport to u.
They should add a GM flag to the user db instead of the tags.

So basicly this is the final result:
1) You dc when the GM is in your sight.
2) When you dc your char stays about 4-8seconds ingame.
3) Have fun hacking hope this might have helped you

I am working on some files from MxO, wich extension is ltp.
In Hexviewer I saw that they contains only filenames on ASCII, each with a ltpX (where X is always the same ascii char) before it (like a delimiter) and data ater each one.
they appear to be only pyc (python compiled) files.

Hey, I was just wondering if they are able to detect things such as bots/exploits, other things such as modifying the files so that monsters won't hit you with ranged attacks/etc and UCEs, in game or is it all detected by game guard beforehand? Also, if it's not detected by GG, would Acclaim still be able to detect you modding files and stuff on client side? I want to get in so that I can mod the files so that the Friz's don't attack me when I glitch Nunvice, but I really don't wanna get...
