Yes they can bann you if your both characters are gathering exp, but if one is set as shop and the other is doing something else the they cannot.

Dont dont make it obvious that you are double clienting and you're good.
Being on two accounts, one super low, other high killing mobs, with you stopping every 3 seconds so your noob can catch up is not very sneaky by the way.
