no. it is server sided. I have found everything that relates to attack speed and changed it. Nothing works. Don't waste your time.

I know of a way to change your single attack speed, like hitting over and over but you need a good computer xD

But yeah, attack speed is semi-changeable but as the person above stated... Some computers may start to whine in protest. And explode.
