Not everyone has a router where the ip changes by just restarting it.. If it was that simple for anyone to do it then what would be the point of banning them?

Acclaim did this 2 me only way i could get it fixed was call my internet provider and have some weird ip changed for a smal fee

Just use a VPN like Spotflux or use a ip changer.

Im pretty sure he's talking about an Ingame ip ban, which means he won't get in game because the db won't let him
