need speedhack with same speed like non agro lvl 3

Mob Speed - 41299999

I found this combo to work extremely well and I never crash with it. Then set your mobs to 90 or 99 (usually 90 works better).

Im only changing the 1st 7 to 9 -> 1095942785
and speed mob 41c0000000

i never get crashed using speedhack n nonagro.. the problem starts while applying vac too xD
