[Question]Vac and NonAgro

I know that the current vac and non-agro only works inside dungeon. But I went yesterday in daily solo dungeon, finished it and relog on the same channel. The non-agro and vac instantly works outside dungeon and in any other map. When I try it again, it is not working anymore. Is anyone experience this? Is it a bug? Or there is maybe a possible way that the non and vac hack might work if we did something.

How did you get CE work without getting a dc after a few minutes?
