Its still possible, BUT you need a bypass that your CRC gets checked.
Best would be a bypass that fully disables xigncode I think.
In my opinion CE is a way faster at loading times and so on.
Also if you manage that you can inject scripts at real time when game is open already then it`s much better because you can make hacks on/off etc.
Just because Skillhack was once released for csv hacks it isnt that much better
