for u my gess its helion,but u can try bouth with same client and pic wat best for u.

Well on your place i would chose Helion because there is not so many ppl with full +9 sets.
And interest of game play going down.
Even with little bit high MS.

Helion from my understanding was and is mostly UK players, Siz is mixxed, but me being an american in america i am on siz and get only 20ms, and on helion get 400-850ms i dont know why, just always happened.

hapens to u coz siz servers are in usa and helion and dk servers are in europe.
