Teleport to python?

So i'm just wondering.. how is this teleporting between maps done? i've seen a couple of lowlvls in python which means they must have teleported there. I'm currently lvling up a char in Dekaron eu so i'd really like to know. and does killing mobs in a zone above your level trigger auto-ban?

You go to the coords 0:0 in Draco Dessert. And no in Dekarun EU it won't trigger any autoban since autoban doesn't exist in Dekaron EU.

so i can go to aquarius and do the same there without getting banned? cool.. so i guess that's 0,0 in requies beach then am i right?
