no cooldown on skils dekaron

I hawe try do make my skils withoud an cool down.
I hawe unpacked dekaron files and i tryd to find skils i need.
I know i need to change cool down to 0 and one guy told to mee that i need also 1 program but i dont kno wwhic one.
Can please someone help me with this.

if u change ONLY skillz u wont get invalid cleint, use the unpackeed files to find Inex and such, and if u know it right, it sohuld work ....AND PLEASE KEEP IT TO URSELFS DO NOT MAKE RELEASES for some lamme thanks, and then hack is fixed ..

Its very easy but i hope none will tell it here. Most guys didnt even know how to make vac/map/zoom/pots hack. They just look here and use the secportal thing.
