That type of service costs, I would start thinking about using it only at the point where the website is used (popular) enough.

well thats kinda bunk...since i only use paypal...soooo secure.............. :/

All payments sent to me have been frozen (limited account) by PayPal. Unfortunately PayPal does this on daily bases for no reason at all. I have decided to not use PayPal anymore. To pay with alert pay you need to add a credit card, it does not even have to be verified. Or you can add a bank account and add funds. To verify an AlertPay you need to receive a txt message from them with confirmation code, easy as that. And they do not limit accounts just because the owner has a stronger heart beat, or breathes too loud, or didn't brush his teeth that day. So I'm sorry, I know that most users use PayPal, but if you want to buy cheap then you will take 10 minutes off and create a new AlertPay account.
