that are mace portal scrolls (quest item)
and the neklaces can you become by exchange place

Yup, The portal scrolls are from 95+ quest and in return gives you a scroll that teleports you to 95 + map Tomb .

And the necklaces i got was from some npc in draco for exchanging some incar medals. Lvl 90 necklaces gives you like 30def

Legit from start when rondow came out
So this is 100% safe character
