I didn't ask him to send it as a gift but I did ask him to send it as familiy/friend related so I don't have to pay any fee's. Is there a difference when he sends it as a gift to me ?

Trade with people you can trust, people who typically have around 1-3+ years of epvp, not ssaying they had the account and a very low post count (1-100) and more than 5 POSITIVE black market response.

Now im not saying everyone who joins and doesnt have these aren't trustworthy everyone has to start somewhere, aswell as someone who has been here from the start and has 10-50 positive Can still do this. Just well, be careful. You can always use a middleman if any still are around for dekaron.

ive been scammed by a few people on here with 30+ rep one with 600 rep, dont trust anyone accept BTC u cant reverse that or dispute it you will win since it was a virtual item

Bitcoin, anon currency it cant be charged back or reversed/ disputed once its sent its sent
