Moding Dekaron action 7

sorry if other people have already asked this question but how are we supposed to mod dekaron action 7 i have tried tools but hey didnt seem to work very well any ideas? Also i mean mainly on private servers.

im trying to change the armor so that the new high level armor will replace the low level armors look i know its in an excel file.

itemarmor.csv change the file names for the lower armor to the higher one. No, i wont spoonfeed you more than that.
