In status.csv there are option codes example: "DAMAGE_ADD" stuff like this. Is there a spot in the files that has all of these written down? Like a file showing what all you can choose from?

If you check your stringtable_com it will give you the option codes and what what each option is. You may find what your looking for in there.

Ok bro, I have been deving for over 2 years and guess what?, I still dont know the codes lol...But what I do is I look at other items, let's say I want to add 10% speed on the a7 gloves, I would look up wings in itemetc.csv because usually wings got speed stats on them, then take the code from there. Longer work, but don't have to memorize

these are indexes for options in various items. on the other hand if you want to make a weapon through the dev console... there's a different story:

dropitem_custom [item index] [socket] [option_index:value] x(1~4)
Will drop an item with custom defined options.

Options:
[item_index]: Required. The item index.
Item indexes can be found in data/share/item folder, in these csv files:
itemetc.csv - Quest items, accessories, things as arrows, vouchers, wings, etc.
itemarmor.csv - Armors.
itemweapon.csv - Weapons.
itemcash.csv - D-Shop items.

[socket]: Required. The amount of sockets.
You can set a crazy amount of sockets, up to 255, though its not recommended, because it lags you, and may crash the server.
The sockets will be empty. If you don't want any sockets, write 0.

[option_index:value] x(1~4): Required.
The item options.
Option indexes can be found in data/share/item folder, in these csv files:
itemoption_weapon.csv - options used for weapons.
itemoption_armor.csv - options used for armors.
You can use options from itemoption_armor.csv for weapons and vice versa, as well as itemoption_armor.csv for armors and itemoption_weapon.csv for weapons.
You can also add options to things like accessories, wings, etc.
The maximum value is 255.

Example:
dropitem_custom 101 4 1000:255 1000:235 244:255
will drop a level 6 knight helmet (index 101) with 4 slots and these options:
+79 Increased Damage
+78 Increased Damage
+1% Ice resistance
