Second of all I don't think this guy is someone of the Zan Dekaron staff so I think he doesn't know that stuff is server sided, I informed Kakkarot to look into this thread.

It is very simple on how to do that, it takes not more then 5minutes

1. Hack the database
2. Add a new [DEV] into antigm exceptions list
3. Create the DEV char that you added in exceptions
4. Login, type /DEV openconsole
5. use this tutorial to make items you want

In another words this is server sided, unless you have access to the server you will not drop custom stuff
