You must edit them via csv edit. Long time ago there was a hack that turned all mobs skin to pink, if you use search you could find it and have a strating point to change the armors colors, weaps, etc.

The base of everything in the game is pink, if u edit the textures they will become pink

(Dumb color for a base)

Uh, GIMP with the .dds addon is the best freeware I know.
I use PhotoShopCS4 with the nVidia plugin, but this is not freeware.

EDIT: Why was this moved? This could be done on 2Moons global too, and he didn't say he wants this for a P-Server...

here check my client modding tutorial

the quality is good but the u cant prperly see what i was doing so i suggest u go to keepvid.com, paste this url and download the video in .mp4 format. Dont worry the video in mp4 format will be around 10mbs only.

and best program is photshop with nvidia dds plugin. I was using portable photoshop. You can google it and download. Its only 50mb. u cna either use cs4/cs3.
