I have a weapon on my player, I can not put it because I not have 106 dex . How to free the 106 dex. Help me

No,I wore before,I accidentally removed and not have 106 dex.

it was still a bug from the update to a7 that u were able to wear it with 3 dex. u cant do that anymore. only if u put 106 dex.
