Cheapest DO Country

Hello. I knew about that venezuela is cheapest. But I tried like 10IPs and all changed payment (new and new account) to USA.

So what's second cheapest country? If I use Russia,Brazil there was for 330k U 50€. Which is 50% less than if I create account with my original country but still it is 30€ more than with venezuela.

So can you help me?

I will probably use Russia.

the Hungarian payment is cheaper than the Russian - per 330.000 uridium you pay 44 euro. I do not know but for sure there are cheaper ones.
