Looking for good programmer(s) for emulator

Hello,
I thinking about this for a long time. What ? Create 2010 Emulator for real Darkorbit.
I am also tryed to make it by myself but i everytime had so much errors - I am programming noob.
Now i am search programmer(s) for my project. If it works well i will pay for it.
What it should contain?
Everything what was in 2010 DarkOrbit especially:

Old ships, NPCs
Old drones (If possible drone bar)
Old backgrounds
Old GG rings - Randomly, when Kronos crown - Triangle :P
Old lasers
Old fonts - DMG, Nickname
Old UI
Old Action menu
Re-add expansions
Re-add laserflash
Re-add Expansions

I will give you .swf resources.

My budget for this project is approx. 100€. Still better than giving BP for xuridium.

A client like this one was sold for 700 euro, so I hardly doubt anyone would accept 100 euro. I'd recommend you to learn programming and start coding it by your own.

I understood right.. Emulator of Darkorbit worths even less old darkorbit is more.
