Lol .. don't try, It's not the fact to buy sources or create it by yourself, it's all about the time you save and as far I know, jD too wanted to buy these sources,

So yes, we are not here to speak about programming, and I say that because it's for ''Me'', the true is that LightOrbit will be the best.

If you think you can make better, just make it, and stop to rage about LightOrbit.

I know that can be fustrating for all of you to see that I have PvpU sources,
but you know that you have any control on it, so take care of your own server, I will take care about LightOrbit.

History of LightOrbit :

LightOrbit born the 1 may 2013, Passing on different platform,
with Eliaz Sources in Java, Neor1302 Remake, Davidc96 Sources,
Azure v1 of xDr1, and after a lot of hard work, DrSkyfall finally got
PvpU Sources. Now the server running on the Best Emulator of
Darkorbit PS in C# who was created in April by Szymon and NoobkillerPL.
Now LightOrbit is totally powered by RetroActiv.

The CMS :

We use a brand new looking CMS created by DrS,
adapted from the old PvpU Codes.
The new Bootstrap is under developpement right now.
It's using all last languages in web coding.

The Website :

All infrastructures of LightOrbit, RetroActiv and Habbo running on our personnal web instance, who using a varnish cache,
We have total control of the instance,
no more details will be given about it..
For our security networking.

The Security :

We are using a lot of scripts to detect DDOS attack,
automatic banning and a complete logs system to got IP,
Geolocalisation and all informations to be able to make
a report on Internet Police from our localisation.
We also use CloudFlare PRO to optimize the caching,
DNS and services that we want to offer you.

The Database :

All informations about your account who travel between our web and the database are scripted and protect by a proxy system.
The Database running on a big server from OVH.
Architecture of MariaDB is the best who expect for our games.
We making a lot of testing and optimisations,
indexations to accelerate the process of all packets,
informations who traveling from the database,
the emulator and the website.

The Emulator :

Simply the PVPu V1-V2 sources. LightOrbit is the only one
to use this source.

It's a package, to be the best you need to have all in one ..

Maybe you will realize it really fast, it's a hard world .. A lot of people are able to make bad things to be on top.

Snowy worked on a server (that for now is private, and for private i mean REALLY private), and still works on it. He is sharing his knowledge and skill with another server and improved it.

Snowy's server is, atm, the BEST server so far.
And trust me, i played ALL servers. I know what i am talking about.
(Also PVPu is good, no question about it)

PS: I have a problem: i don't manage to change ship on ur server: where do i need to go?

And now, stop fighting for "who is the best", is pretty annoying for people, at least i find it annoying.

And a curiosity, DrS: which changes did u make on the original source? ^_^

The Emulator don't have an automatic restart system right now. If an unhandle error popup,
You just need to Cry OFFLINE.


And yes, on the spacemap, just let your Log tab Open .. Because I disabled Server Message Showup.

There are many bugs:
The portals there are no areas of non-attachment;
The hi-tech can be used indefinitely without needing to recharge;
When I fight against another player, if you attack x4, sometimes it gets damaged and sometimes gets 100 to 300 damage.
The x-3 and x-4 there are no aliens.

They have NoAttackingArea, just the title who not appear,
Cooldown are already coded, just not added,
Yes the damage have a little bit to large minimal - maximal value.. Need to fix it soon .

In others maps, NPCs are coming soon too.

The numbers of Players Online added on the Index.
Increasing fonctionnality, now your slot_menu will be saved at the last setup.
Logout Abort now working.
Server PingLimit added.
Mouvement of NPC and Players improuved, now it's working in ToDouble, now Decimal will not break the game thread .
Reduce at maximum unhandle error from Policy Thread.
Maybe we will got others exceptions to fix soon. IntelliTrace making a nice job..


I need to know what you want on the server, fully maps ? Small, High, PVP and GG ?
Because we will be really distanced and maybe not a 5000 players on.

I thinking to Skiping some maps, just put multiples NPCs on ''alive maps''.

Last updates from last 2 weeks like Chat server and Skill, Cooldown, others stuffs will be enable again soon.

I will try to finish the shop and equipment page system this week.
After it, will just rest to make the SKYLAB and CLAN System.. Easy ****.
