Probably in the wrong section (forgive me)

But I need an email bug, guys. PM me or leave it here.

I have access to the BigPoint portal (backdoor) of the account, I can access the account itself, but what I don't have: The email address for the account, nor do I have the password to the account itself.

I just want the account back :/
