You are all clearly morons because none of you are actually right...
I have had 1-2 day suspensions, longest being 7days so far and all the Error Messages always state in the URL bar, calm down, so basically it could simply just mean he was suspended for something, but not for botting btw thats a different error
Simplest thing to do is message support and don't get too worried because by looks of it half the replys on here are from people that clearly dont have a clue...

There doesn't need to be anymore info from him. He was told to go to support, what do you want him to do? Give you a step by step of what he did and supports reply?
