Are you stupid? If there reads "License servers is being updated.." it means that it's offline, because you can't use the bot. Please use your brains.

Just, sometimes, it takes longer to update iBot, and sometimes lesser.

Offline = the bot has no connection to the internet 
And btw. there are topics for each bot so we don't need a topic that says all bots are offline.

try pixelbots they are only unusable when PB server is down 
NB! you can use pixelbot while doing something else like ibot and stuff.
