Just he did all time gates so he has got much experience points and honor.

You can also edit "savedata.dat".
Example

...
[alpha]
wave=0
onmap=1
parts=20
[U]completed=1[/U]
...

change to

...
[alpha]
wave=0
onmap=1
parts=0
[U]completed=0[/U]
...

and change "experience" and "honor" line in that save (increase amount of data ). So you haven't to use Cheat Engine to edit.
