[Question] How to modify the DMG? [Private Server]

I just have an question, it's how to change the maximum DMG, i looked how Requi did it but no one tell how, if someone know send me an pm or post it on comment.. thanks.

any one knows how to modify those message to my server's name i searched my cq_action and its not there so i am sure it will be in msg server.
