He create Threads which are created already or useless threads

I asked Fearful for permission to make new Bot Info Thread, but he didn't want. He have plans for the actual thread..

Thank u man very much for supporting me but tools i cant write if its offline or online i dont have an accurate information about it , i putted the link so u can go to the thread and check it , cause i dont have any acurate information if its online or not
