I got error at PBDO

Dear my name is Mathias i got error at pbdo when i log into my darkorbit acc it says

PBDO log:

20:29:06: Welcome, ********.
20:29:06: Login request on bot authentication server started..
20:29:12: Access granted!
-> You logged in for 0 time
20:29:17: ******* establishing connection.
20:29:24: [******] Unable to recognize server language.
20:29:24: *******:int15 login failed: http login failed

I made new acc and tryed to use trail didnt work so somethings wrong my pass is right copyed from email ....
