I cant get boxybot to accept my server. I have server scandi2, but no mather how I write it, it won't accept

As you know I'm kbot reseller but all the time someone got 'Checking license...' and then kbot is frozen... Do you ppl know what could be the reason? I know only that antyvirus or firewall can block kbotCC but my clients always unlock kbotCC and sometimes it still gives nothing... what are other possibilities?
