ok heute ist anscheind eine bannwelle 1 von top ten ist auf platz 1000 gekommen(stage 2)

1: banken die nicht
2: sind die von ranking gelöscht+profil ist gelöscht

does anyone know how to fix this bug. its a bug cuz when ever i type the code in its the same msg and it just redirects me to login page. and i send a support they didnt do anything but tell me to wait and there fixing it and reset cache but it didnt help. i was suppose to be unbanned on 11-2-11 now its 11-7-11.. i been waiting. so does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this http://awesomescreenshot.com/06anvm49f
