Render the video as Windows Media Video.. It will keep the quality with small size...

I was wrong that video is not in wmv format because the upload created some problems and i used mp4 instead

The 10 fps is something liek the speed of video. I know it´s confusing but with higher (like 25), it is like 4 times faster than original, and this is only bit faster than normal...

Alright here is the thing. Sony Vegas is really complicated. But it's up to you. Sony vegas give more effects then camtasia studio. It's just that then you render your video ( after editing and all) you have to edit some settings. Like add 720p and 1080p video. It improves your quality.
