Problem with captcha

hello, in these banwave i got captcha... DO ban me 1 day OK. yesterday I try to enter to my ACC and when y choose the server i have to put the captcha number, but when i put them this only redirect me to the principal page of DO (where you put the user and password) i try these 20 and all the same. please i need help to enter in my ACC. thanks and sry for the bad english.

Send this problem to game support. They will acces your account first and then see what's happening. Or try to connect from !

i send a mail to the suport but they only reponse me with a automatic anwser like " i was detected for the sistem"

Yes, but send again. Tell them that u;re soory, will not use again, please an admin check my acc, next mega happy i will spend lots of moneys etc..Something like that. Have Fun!

Danke, ich werd das auch ma testen da einer meiner accs auch nicht über die Captcha-Abfrage hinaus weiter kommt... mittlerweile wurd dem acc. ads 2. ma 40% EP und so abenommen obwohl ich zwischen dem 1. und dem 2. ma nich ma rein kahm...also, wie gesagt nicht weiter als bis zur Captchaeingabe^^
Vllt. klappt es ja mitm Support... ma sehn xD

They've never given me a single life back in my main They gave lots to my other accounts, and sometimes I even had 4 lives without buying any but never on my main ...I think they may have a blacklist system.
