Hardware Revalidation Policy (MUST READ)
Switching Hardware Components:

Receive the "Your GUID does not match the information stored on the server" error.
Download and install Piriform Speccy from (here)
Open Speccy, and take a screenshot of the Summary page. (example)
Upload the image to a image hosting site or as an attachment. Do not upload to a file hosting website (rapidshare, etc)
Create a new thread in this section explaining what components have changed and be sure to attach or link your speccy image to the thread.

Open Speccy, and take a screenshot of the Summary page. (example)
Get your driver's license or any comparable photo ID. Take a photograph of the Photo ID in front of your monitor with Speccy running in the background showing your hardware. The ID cannot be a screenshot or a scan. The physical ID needs to be in front of the monitor. Please note the last name must match the account owner on file.
Take a screenshot of your purchase page. Whether it be Plimus or Google Checkout. The physical ID last name needs to match the last name of the purchaser.
Create a thread in this section. Post your Speccy screenshot and attach the photograph of the Photo ID and hardware in your thread as well as the screenshot of the purchase page with the purchasers name.

Guidelines:
If your IP has changed a substantial amount, and it is no longer in the same range even though you may still be using the same ISP and be located in the same state you will need to provide proof you are the original account owner by posting the requesting information listed under "Switching Computers and Locations".

Screenshots from Speccy are necessary. Make sure you update your graphic drivers to the latest version before requesting a re-validation on a fresh Windows install. Please keep in mind re-validations can take up to 24 hours to occur. If your re-validation has not occurred, your validation was denied because you did not follow the policy properly.
0 Star and Banned Users:
If you can not create a thread because you are a 0 star user or you have been banned you must send the required info to
to request a revalidation.
