I'm willing to use a middleman if needed.
I have got a Plat 3 account in EUW.
Plenty of skins ,including some legendaries(kayle, nocturne), ultimates(ezreal) and a lot of 1350-975 skins.
I also have all the runes, 9000 IP and 15 rune pages.
It has a chat restriction of 500 games though.

I'm willing to trade it for a Knife in CS:GO, or money in PSC.
